I'm sure the culprit will be either an older woman, (because she believes there is still enough left for a urine sample sized glass of milk and thou shalt not waste anything 't all.) A man in a hurry, (Though he is most likely to leave the glass he poured himself as well, lying in some random place on the kitchen counter next to a half eaten peice of toast.) Or a teen, (because he or she is absorbed in some trival matter that they think needs to be taken care of and they would rather leave it to the next person who discovers it because they just use and abuse)...That's my guess... good luck.
