do some guys find a girl with a southern accent cute? idk. my bf likes to mock me, but he says they way i talk is cute. what is it about a southern accent that guys fine cute, or sexy, or whatever? i like the way i talk myself lots of my friends get a kick out of how i get tounge tied when i talk sometimes and stuff. just wondering. i heard some say its cute and others not. just wantin ur opinion.

My husband likes my accent. (I'm originally from Virginia, and he's from Michigan.) I love his accent. :D
I can't answer for men, but as a woman, I LOVE southern accents--the right kind. I hate the super twangy, ultra-country ones. Texas is good, Virginia is good, parts of Georgia are good. Louisiana is really good (especially when it has a little Cajun mixed in.) NC can go out the window though. Too hickish for my liking.

Well my first wife was of that strain of people but she spoke with a Canadian accent. When all her people were about she'd begin to talk with their accent. I've even picked up some of the mannerisms and little colloquials from my exposure to this speach pattern, it kind of imprinted on me I guess. I did tease her about it, man would she get hot! I never told her this but it was very sexy, cute if you want to call it that. Ah, sa la vie! All water past the bridge now.

I have an accent. I don't like to hear it from anyone that it's cute. Accent is an accent. I'd rather have a TV anchor speech, but nothing I can do. I find it deminitive to be complimented on my accent, and I don't buy it. I'd rather people make frienldy fun of my accent than compliment me on it.

I think it's cute, as long as they dress nice, and look nice. If they are ugly, and have an accent like that, it does'nt really help.
