Believe in yourself. Be the best you you can be. Strive for excellence in all you do. Choose your friends wisely. Be around only those who make you feel good and uplift you. Be your true self. Don't pretend to be someone you are not. Smile, be friendly, and just be you. Good luck.

just believe in yourself.. dont be intimadated by others looks.. just because they may look nice or like they have a good life on the outside.. you never know truley how their life could be...so therefore just be confident and tell yourself you are a good person and most importantly focus on your strengths in life.. and dont let anyone change the good things that you truley believe about yourself people can be cruel.. but often its because they are insecure about themselves or something in their life that would make them jealous or envious of you.. another thing is to have a lot of self confidence in yourself (and self assurance) in everything you do.. you do not have to be the best at everything as long as you try your best thats all you can do and you did justice for yourself. Also, if you exude self confidence in the way you act and carry yourself people are often attracted to that! = )

if your confidence is a body issue, lose 5 or 10lbs. it may not seem like much, but i can assure you, you will definitely feel a spring in your step when your tight jeans fit better, or you look better in a bathing suit! if it isn't necessarily a body issue, then do what i always do. be out there! (not too out there, i mean, there should be a balance!) introduce yourself to new people, talk more, walk with your head up. simple body language can totally change the way someone perceives you.

First of all, what made you feel so down? Did you loose something, did someone hurt you?

I have felt how you feel, and it really hurts sometimes. But look around you, how many people are being put down themselves because of your actions.....

Count our blessings what ever the reason. Think of people who may never get or have felt what you have. Think positively...

Eat food that ou like, watch a movie that you love, see someone that would bring happiness to you. You will feel better..

My little tip is to walk away with your head held high after whatever it was that you did. I know it kinda sounds stupid cause like if you kill someone it's not really right to like walk away with your head held high. But I think that you need to put your most effort into whatever it is that your doing and in the end still believing that you did the best. That way you can never be ashamed or regret anything that you did.

It's kinda cheesy but...

Do some charitable work and help those less fortunate. You'll feel good about contributing your time and talent to helping others. I believe good work always leads to confidence.

There are lots of ways to do this. I suggest that you expose yourself to things that give you pleasure -- go to movies you like, go see music you like, read books you like, take warm, happy baths, masturbate, whatever you want to do. Most importantly, tell yourself good things about yourself. Don't call yourself stupid, don't yell at yourself, don't tell yourself that you're ugly, and try to ignore other people who say mean thigns to you.

If you need help with his, consider investing in a therapist who can help you.

A few weeks of therapy can help you in that area. If you don't know why you lack confidence you'll be just spinning your wheels.
