I resolve the same thing every year and keep it until about December; To be patient w/ the children I work with, not to judge, to remember that kids have bad days too and treat others how I want to be treated. Sometimes it gets hard as an erducator.

I want all 90% or higher...I'm getting tired of having that something under 85...it brings my average down.
