thanks for the answers. The yogurt I'm curious about is not the normal kind, but instead, the brand Activa, which is a little more expensive since the bacteria is different. Thanks :)

It is a good idea..if they can eat sweets, they can certainly eat yogurt that is good for them.as long as there are no known allergies..hugs to that 3 year old..

If they have no problems with milk allergies, yogurt should be good for them.
