God said "Be" and it became so. There was no need for the Holy Spirit to rape Mary in her sleep. Being the mother of Jesus was a great honor. It was not a matter of shame. Christians and Muslims believe in the virgin birth of Jesus.

Jesus was born of Mary so yes Jesus came out of Mary womb. And no the Holy Spirit didn't have sex with Mary It was just placed there by a unseen and untouched spirit.

There is no explanation except that she became pregnant. The bible doesn't explain it except in a positive tone that it was a miracle. Clearly Joseph had a reaction like yours, something was wrong. He could only come to the concluson that she was "dirtied" in some way, but was a good man...he had planned to disolve the engagement in an honorable way. His miracle was that he was told that she carried the son of God.
There is an aspect of trust in Christianity, we have to trust the writings to be reliable and have to accept miracles in the way that it is offered. By todays standards, we ask questions like "how was she impregnated", was in in-vitro like so many women have today? Did God just snap His fingers and she was pregnant. By today's standards, and especially then, it was a miracle. In a way, all conceptions are miracles.
In a scientific sense, if you demand an answer, could Mary get pregnant without having sex, without her hymen getting broken? Sure. See below.

i will pretend you're in basic terms very naive and not mocking. God created Adam and had no want of womb or woman or perhaps an ear for that count. So is it no longer available (pun) that he would desire to reason him to be? rather once you look at some thing during the final context it makes suited experience and human information is silly via assessment. in basic terms via fact we could continually place the toddler our way does no longer recommend God is under those regulations.
