yes call the credit card company to cancel the card so no one else can use the card. the number sould be on billingstatement .
they have a lost / or stolen cardphone number.

You should call the card company and have them cancel that card and order a new one.

Tell her right away cuz if someone found it and use it, thats not good. second call credit company to cancel the card temporarily and request a new one
