how can i lose weight like..fast? without going to the gym or anything..like anyone have any advice or ideas..like can i do simple at home exercises..i have no weights or anything..heavy school books yes!! but how can i lose weight fast like my tummy fat and side fat!! ok well thanks for your guys/girls help..

Run, walk, just get up and get moving. You need to cut down the amount of calories you are consuming as well.

My suggestion is fasting. There is a great site that you can look up. The guys name is Ray Kent. He has been coaching my husband so far on a 15 day fast. There are many different types of fasting you can do. The best that i have heard of is a three day fast. Trust me I know it is hard I did a 2 day fast. The information on this site is awesome. I am not sure of the site name but the man's name is Ray Kent his home base is in Bowser, BC. Yet he does travel the world.

* Always chew your food

* Take small meals

* Shut off TV while eating
Shut off the TV whenever you eat – that includes meals and snacks. Studies show that we automatically eat larger portions when we snack in front of the tube, and typically those foods are high in fat and sugar, which means excess calories!

* Increase your physical activity
Increase your physical activity. Most people are over weight because of a lack of physical activity. Start walking more, bicycling, walks your dog for longer periods of time, swim, dance and leave the car at home when you can. It’s important that you choose a physical activity that you enjoy because you’ll stick with it.

You can lose weight without exercise, but it will take a little longer; but not much though. I would recommend having a strict diet of 1200 calories a day; try getting those calories from fruits, vegetables, whole grains, and lean meats. From snacks, choose from healthy "pleasures", like 100 calorie packs or a skim mocha.

firstly, losing weight quickly is unhealthy and will likely come back. so, you should change the way you eat. eat natural, healthy, high fiber, brightly colored fruits, berries, and vegies along with lean proteins such as fish, chicken, ham, turkey, peanut butter, beans, nuts, and lean cheese with high fiber, whole wheat, whole grain carbs such as wheat pasta, breads, tortillas, crackers, cereals, oatmeal, popcorn and low/non fat dairy products. drink plenty of water and green tea. eat 3 moderate meals and 3 snacks a day and EXERCISE at least 30-60 minutes a day 5 days a week. your work outs should include some cardio and weight lifting/resistance exercises. if you are dedicated, and change your lifestyle, you can lose 2-3 lbs a week. you will have increased energy and will raise your metabolism as well. good luck

if u r serious then u should have the proper knowledge of how u can do it , there are many ways to do it , so first of all take diet which conatain less carbs and fats aswell as proteins take large amount of salads , do regular exercise atleast 5days in a week such as treadmill , skipping , swimming etc and also u can take help of some diet pills but be carefull as all diet pills are not safe so u should take help from ur doctor and also u can go these sites for ur help

you sound like a valley girl because you start every sentence with "like". The only true and healthy way to lose weight by doing it the old fashion way and that is doing exercises at home like push-ups, sit-ups, running even try to take on a sport. Have your friends help you with this so it doesn't seem so hard. EAT healty meals at appropriate times, exercise regularly.
