I live in a city which is notorious for many things, one of which is its high volume of retarded individuals. I see them on the streets in droves every day. I have never seen one eating his or her own crap before in case you're wondering.

I HAVE BEEN AROUND MENTALLY CHALLENGED PEOPLE BEFORE, NO I HAVE NOT EVER SEEN SOMEONE EAT THERE OWN CRAP.

First, I spent twenty years helping people with developmental disabilities. Calling them "retard" shows your own ignorance.
The diagnosis is called PICA and there are people who do not have mental retardation who also have PICA.
