I think you should start giving English lessons on Canada Yahoo Answers. Maybe some of these people will improve their writing, spelling, and grammar skills.
By the way, there should be a coma between English and what.

I don't know... Do you think this is a bad thing that you only speak English? If so, you can start to learn another language by taking some classes or reading a book, listening to tapes, etc.

Well if you wish to know more languages then try taking a class to learn them.
It may be kinda hard, but you have to either do that or just keep speaking English! I believe that it's easier to learn a language if you're still in high school. I'm a sophomore, 2nd year spanish, and I think it's really easy!
It sucks to only know one language (like me also!), and you might have fun learning another!

Well, you could learn another language if you want. Or, if you live in an English speaking country, you don't HAVE to learn another language, but it would still be a good idea. If i could suggest one it would be either Spanish or French, they are very similar and very easy to learn if you speak English. If you really want a challenge, try Arabic, Japanese, Chinese, or a Slavic Language. ;)

Err... do you mean that you're monolingual?
You can take up another language then.
Western European (eg. French/Spanish) and Far-East Asian (especially Mandarin Chinese) Languages are a good start.
If you want to be a more humane person, English Sign Language can do. It helps the deaf/dumb to understand you better.
