There is a guy here who is really good at that sort of thing. he recommends eat what u want but stop eating as soona s u feel full. This may sound odd but eat a meal and when u think u have had enuff just stop. This means u can eat what u want. Do a lot of walking; cycling gym work and swiming.

Dont go on rubbish dites like avoid this food or the other - u will only want them more if u stop. Eat in moderation and excecise loads.

Paying attention to portion size will get you started, take everything you eat and cut it down by about 1/2. Eliminate all unecessary fats from your diet. I don't even keep butter in my house. Omit it from recipes such as rice and pasta, it will be sticky but still taste the same. Use low fat or fat free products whenever possible. Don't drink your calories, diet soda or water, splenda to sweeten your coffee or tea. Even juice is bad, it has high calories lots of sugar and no fiber. Fresh fruit is best. Eat lots of veggies, they don't count towards your daily caloric intake. Be aware of everything you put in your mouth, those little bites and tastes of things add up quickly.

Eat breakfast within 30 minutes of waking up. Eat every four hours after that throughout the day. This will regulate your blood sugar and assure that your body does not go into starvation mode wich can happen quickly once you feel hungry. Many people say eat only when you are hungry, but that is the worst time! Do not let yourself get hungry and only eat until you start to feel full.

And of course, you need to add some exercise to your lifestyle, it does not have to be anything drastic, even a 30 minute walk will do. The more the better though.

if u r serious then u should have the proper knowledge of how u can do it , there are many ways to do it , so first of all take diet which conatain less carbs and fats aswell as proteins take large amount of salads , do regular exercise atleast 5days in a week such as treadmill , skipping , swimming etc and also u can take help of some diet pills but be carefull as all diet pills are not safe so u should take help from ur doctor and also u can go these sites for ur help

do alot of excresies such as running, weight lifting (high reps low weights) and crunshies...all of these will help u not only lose weight but also increase ur bodies metabloism so u will not gain the weight back...and ur body will break down fats faster. also try to do things like swimming...and of course eat healty!
