* Shut off TV while eating
Shut off the TV whenever you eat – that includes meals and snacks. Studies show that we automatically eat larger portions when we snack in front of the tube, and typically those foods are high in fat and sugar, which means excess calories!
* Increase your physical activity
Increase your physical activity. Most people are over weight because of a lack of physical activity. Start walking more, bicycling, walks your dog for longer periods of time, swim, dance and leave the car at home when you can. It’s important that you choose a physical activity that you enjoy because you’ll stick with it.

There are three main ways to lose weight quickly.
1) Use only water as liquid and eliminate all other liquid drinks from your diet. You must drink as much water as possible every day. You must drink about half of your weight. If you have weight of 200 pounds then you must drink about 100 oz of water.

diet and exercise.... yes maybe not the fastest, but definitely the healthy way to go. If you drink soda or any other beverages with HIGH FRUCTOSE CORN SYRUP...... stop!! PS: You won't believe what this poison is in..... ketchup, processed foods, salad dressings, drink mixes, breads, cookies, the list goes on and on. It is extremely hard for our bodies to use this carbohydrate and not store it as fat.... hence the term "empty calories" Start by walking briskly daily and stretching before and after your walk. Stretching increases flexibility and strength. Pick a reasonable target and work towards that goal daily. Set aside a specific time for exercise and use will power to stay with your diet and exercise routine. I know all of this sounds hard, but its a mental obstacle to overcome, and when you start seeing results and have more energy, it will be easier to keep going with your plan.

if u r serious then u should have the proper knowledge of how u can do it , there are many ways to do it , so first of all take diet which conatain less carbs and fats aswell as proteins take large amount of salads , do regular exercise atleast 5days in a week such as treadmill , skipping , swimming etc and also u can take help of some diet pills but be carefull as all diet pills are not safe so u should take help from ur doctor and also u can go these sites for ur help

After reading this I feel the need to share something because I spent several years switching from diet to diet without getting any real results until I came across Pams magic plan (google it). Without doubt its the best weight loss that I have ever had and i have kept it off to this day.

Plenty of aerobic and cardiovascuar exercise ie jogging, walking, swimming and cyclying. Also do some weights and eat sensibly (no chocolate, junk food, fried foods and confectionary/crisps etc) - drink 2-3 litres of water a day, eat plenty of fruit and vegatables.
