well this guy and i maybe soon to be boyfriend i dont know...are friends..but seems like it is soley sex-based...and thats fine but i want to be friends again like we were before we started having sex..i mean we can still fool around...but how do i tell him that?

it's tough. I had a relationship that was totally sex based and it eventually ended really bad. You got to know someone on a personal level because in the end if you don't it can only be bad.

just tell him you enjoyed being with him as friends, even say bestfriends because if he is special to you, he indeed means something to you, but slow way down on the sex part. If he truly likes and respects you, he will be fine with your decision.
