I am finding more and more that there are many people that believe the same. I am one of them and for a while thought I was alone or just over paranoid. but there are way to many signs to be a coincidence.
blessed be.

I believe these things are the 'birth pains' Jesus spoke about in Matthew 24:6-8. The actual End Times period, a seven year period which will complete and fulfill the prophecy of Daniel regarding the sevety weeks (Daniel 9:24-27). Sixty-nine of the weeks have been fulfilled, and we are now in an interim until the final week begins and is then fulfilled. That week will begin when the AntiChrist signs a treaty with many people, including the nation of Israel (Daniel 9:27).
After the signing of that treaty, we will enter a period where the events in the book of Revelation will begin to take place, with the first four seals being broken and the seven trumpets sounding within the first 3.5 years of the seven year period. At the midpoint, many things will occur, including the rapture of the church.
After the mipoint of the seven year period, the last 3.5 years of the seven year long end times period, the earth will be in the period of judgment by Almighty God, the period known as the Great Tribulation. During this time the seven bowls of wrath will be poured out upon the earth and the fifth and sixth seals will be broken.
As for using the events of today to predict when the end times will occur, you just can't do it. Until a treaty is signed by a powerful man (an Assyrian, most likely), and Israel, and until the events prophesied by John in Revelation begin to take place, we will not be able to say that we are in the end times.
What we can, and should be doing, however, is watching for these events, as commanded by Jesus in Matthew 24:42-44. We are told that we should be ready for Jesus to come back. In other words, by watching the events of the world, and understand when the prophecies are fulfilled, we will then know when Jesus is coming. Until those signs are apparent, however, all we can hope for and know is that Jesus is coming back "soon" (Revelation 22:7)

No. But I think it is the end of sanity. There is no God, only science. The problem is that human beings (Not just Christians, Muslims, and whatever else) can't conceive that there is nothing else after you die. From the begining of time, if men couldn't explain something with science then they put a supernatural spin on it. The greeks believed Neptune caused storms, and the other Gods all had their respective powers. It is just hard for people to think that life does NOT have any meaning. Think for just a moment, if there was no God, then all the B.S. wars, the fighting, they mean nothing. It's pretty scarry if you let your mind think about it. Religion holds humans back. If we could put aside goofy religion and move forward, then we could truly put an end to world wars and all that junk.

There was nobody keeping records millennia ago, so how would anyone actually be able to say that the recently occurring natural disasters are not the same natural disasters that have been occurring for millennia.
End times? I think not.

It's just a general thing that there will be natural disasters at the end times. The natural disasters of the last 2000 years are all signs of the end times. If look at it scientifically you will see no significant increase in the last few years.

we are definently living IN the end times. Jesus could return at any moment, and almost all the end time prophecies have been fulfilled...ever since israel became a nation again, all the other prophecies have been fulfilled.
and as for TanerLowe23, how can ther not be a God? you look around, and tell me what you see. that's all God's creation.

It's not just that, but world events as well. It's all playing out before our very eyes. I know that generation after generation has felt this way, but we are the first to have to deal with the possibility of all out nuclear war. Seems everybody and his brother either has or is in the process of developing such weapons. It's only a matter of time until somebody uses them.
