I really have no idea. It's up to the school administration to decide who can attend a dance.

Are you talking about the Junior High Homecoming Dance? If so, then yes.
If you're talking about the High School Homecoming Dance, then No, you don't belong there.
And..... it's NOT "does 7th graders go to the homecomming dance?", it's "do 7th graders go to the homecoming dance?" Really study your grammar this year!!!!! And spelling!!!!!

Homecoming is a Senior High dance. 7th graders are too young to date.

middle school doesn't have a homecoming dance last time i checked but if ur school does i'm guessing that it is either 7-8 or 7-9 grade either way homecoming is for returning students and is traditionally a date dance and it is usually a high school dance and if ur planning to go to a high school dance that would be a definate NO WAY!!!! if it's a middle school dance i would still wait till next year and then maybe it would all right but that's a huge maybe

I'd think not...unless asked, but that would be weird wouldn't it...
Unless it is a middle school homecoming (I think they have those) then yeah sure.

What about like Forever21 or TJ Maxx interior the Juniors area yet for the seventh grade dance now to not a lot of people positioned on dresses on the seventh grade dance I had which became like very last 12 months each and every man or woman only wore a lovable appropriate and some staggering denims. Like purely some people wore dresses yet they were like particularly semi-casual dresses.
