It could be an American Eskimo dog.
It would help to know the age of the dog. A young dog could have blue eyes before they turn to their adult color. If this dog is past that age then it cannot be an American Eskimo because such color in that breed is no allowed.
It could also be a Volpino Italliano but the eye situation also applies here.
It could also be a Samoyed or a Great Pyreneesbut the same eye problem applies.
I suspect that the dog is young, but if not it likely is a mix with Husky to get the eyes.

It looks to have big paws, which would rule out smaller breeds like an American Eskimo dog. I'd chance a guess and say it's a cream coat Husky, because blue eyes aren't desireable in breeds like the Malamute (if the dog is purebred, anyway...it looks like it might be a mix).

To agree with almost everyone who has posted, it has to be a husky, malamute, or akita or a mix of any of them. All you can do is look up pics of all 3 of them and mixed dogs.. here's a site with all breeds of dogs...
