Daughters of Isabella, Alter Society, Choir, RICA, Parish Council, Depends on your gifts and your age.

Every Church has different things, I suggest you check with your Church Office or Priest!

Bless you for seeking God!

Peace!

If possible, see if you can join the Legion of Mary.

They help the Priest by visiting parishoners and making sure they are informed about the Sacraments and also they help to answer questions about the faith.

It is a very structured system that the Legion of Mary has to follow, so there might not be one around, since the modern church likes things to be "loose" and flexible, sad to say.

Being a CCD teacher (sunday school teacher) or assisting the CCD teacher are also good things to be involved in.

Yes there is things u can do. But theres not really an organization i dont think. Well wat u can do is go to adoration. What this is is u go to the church at any time of the day and pray for a half an hour or an hour. You keep the same time and day and do this weekly! You can sign up for this in a catholic church. If there isnt adoration at ur church try talking to the church about it. Get ppl to sign up for it. Put the news in the paper about it. My grandpa does adoration every saturday! <3 he also prays ALL the time.

If you really want to be involved...really involved, read the Bible, paying close attention to the book of Acts first, the letters second and then the rest of the New Testament. Then seek God with all of your heart. When you do that, He says that you will find Him and he will lead you to the people who are living their lives like the Bible describes. If that's what you want. Otherwise there are all kinds of social clubs that you can join.

Yes.... I am serious

Take the time to know the Lord God almighty personally first, in prayers, either in your room, up on a mountain top, or in a small wood lot, fine a nice peaceful place, where your safe, and not worry about anything, take the time to know Him, get personally close to Him, He likes that, sometimes He is shy, hurt, or hides His face, but not often..... He strong, but love He is kind, compassionate. We are made in His image, He wants a one on one relationship with all, and as a whole Church. I got to know Him personally first, He is real, trust Him, stand by Him, He's there, pray from your heart, feel it.... and God would feel your heart too, your heart is His, and the Lord is yours... god bless you my dear.... Catholic is good.

At your parish, you can
- join liturgical ministry
- teach religious education
- join a social justice ministry
- join a young adult group

At your diocese, investigate ministries to which you feel drawn. Visit the diocesan website.

Many religious orders have lay groups that do very interesting things. Ask a religious sister about this.

With love and prayers in Christ.

Does your area have a charismatic Prayer group or community. Many of these people are Catholic and very devout. You will find good fellowship and teaching(usually) and can link with other Christians that are not prejudiced to Catholics.

I don't think anything related to Catholicism can be regarded as good. Why not volunteer somewhere instead?
