I'm needing to lose weight..I weight 280lb and I want to lose 80lb by the end of the year..I have an underactive thyriod..What is the best way to get started on my weightloss success

Hoodia has worked for me...and with no side effects.
Check with your doctor before starting any weight loss program.

#1. Be sure you are buying pure Hoodia...look for the import certificate on the website. No matter the price, if they do not display this, you really do NOT know what you are getting!

#2. Be sure it is 100% Hoodia & not mixed w/other herbs, etc.!!

#3. Keep in mind it stops your hunger pangs…you MUST remember to break your habit to always eat at certain times.

#4. Drink a full 8oz. glass of water with it!

Yes I have indeed If you would like to loose weight then you might want to look into this program on weight loss... I am currently on it as we speak.... LOL and I am @ 41.5 less heavier.. Thanks to the program. You can choose to have the membership (annual) and get you stuff at whole cost. which is the way I went... I started on the9 day program and lost 7.2 pounds in 9 days.. which was when I started doing the 30 day program cause by then I had all ready knew it worked.... Good luck

I think your goal is a bit out of reach.
Try for 5 pounds by the end of this month.
Then set a new goal. You will set yourself up for failure by setting an unattainable objective. Baby steps.
See your Doctor, I'm know that there are treatments for thyroid problems.
Get up right now and go for a walk 30 mins brisk pace. If it's to late go to bed so you can get up early and take that walk. NOW NOW....... NOW........ NOW ..........NOW.......NOW
