Will my hens eggs be healthier than regular eggs if they are in a chicken tractor?

They should be healthier, assuming you have a good environment for the chicken tractor; no pesticides, edible (for chickens) vegetation, etc. They will get grit from the soil and some bugs to eat, and whatever veggies they have access to.
