I don't think it helps cure cancer or help get rid of the side effects of chemotherapy. But it will sure make you forget about while intoxicated by it.

You're probably thinking about research that found that certain cannabinoids do have anticancer properties. It doesn't mean smoking it makes you imune or anything, it's way more complicated than that. (If anything, you can get lung cancer from smoking cannabis) You can find a little more info on that here

Doesn't cure it, but helps with side effects of chemo. And helps them to eat since most of their appetite is gone.

It doesn't, it just relieves the pain and some effects from the chemotherapy and radiotherapy you receive when you have cancer.
