Any reputable breeder will tell you there is no such breed as a teacup chihuahua or yorkie. The dogs are a toy breed whether they weigh 3 lb or 12 lb. That teacup pup a bad breeder will sell you for mucho bucks could turn out to be 15 lb. They are a toy breed, not a teacup. If they are small, they are small. If you want a teacup, go to a china shop.

Why not only purchase a Yorkie (there is not such element as a teacup something!!, only a runt) or purchase a chihuahua.
