A Chihuahua is sort of a four legged people who loves the fact that you adore her,and that you are her people. If you are at her beck and call, you"ll do. She will let you know when to pet her, feed her, walk with her, talk to her, and sometimes sing with her. She will absorb a major part of your time, attention, resources, and heart. Then, she will die, and you'll really understand the meaning of the poem, "When you give your heart to a dog, to tear." That's what happened with Hobochi, 1972-1984. Gone, but never forgotten.

A mysterious and vicious dog-like creature that pisses on everything and barks all the time. And they've got this really annoying yappy bark.

They are rumored to be small enough to fit in a lady's purse. However, I'm convinced with enough shoving, I could get one in my wallet and sit on it. I don't think the chihuahua would like it very much, though.

small breed of dog...
Chihuahua is the name of both a state of Mexico and that state's capital city. This article is about the state; for the city, see Chihuahua, Chihuahua; for the dog breed, see Chihuahua (dog). For other uses, see Chihuahua (disambiguation).
The state of Chihuahua is the largest of the Mexican states and is located in the northwestern part of the country. It has a mainland area of 244,938 km² (about 12.5% of Mexico's entire land area). Although it is primarily identified by its large desert areas, in fact, Chihuahua has more forests than any other Mexican state. On the slope of the Sierra Madre mountains, (around the regions of Casas Grandes, Cuauhtemoc and Parral), there are vast prairies of short yellow grass, where most of the agricultural production of the state comes from.
