Goat is delicious, but you can only find it in Jamaican restaurants. I've only had Curry Goat and it was awesome. Jamaican, not Indian or Chinese curry.

Goat is the most common red meat eaten in the Indian subcontinent and called 'mutton' - I myself prefer it more than lamb, as I find lamb has a strong smell not found in goat meat.

Best way to eat it is as a curry, with plain boiled rice.

Messicans eat it all the time! Go to Mexico. That's where I had some goat. It tastes like a mix between lamb and chicken. No joke.

Goat is really good especially goat BBQ. I think skunk would be a bad idea since they carry rabies.

Oh some more advice, rattlesnake is good but cottonmouth is inedible. A few friends of mine tried to grill one. They said the hotter it got the worse it stunk. They had to leave the grill and move camp down river. Yes alcohol was involved. :-)

To my knowledge goat is eaten in many countries all over the world. Across many parts of Europe, South Asia, Africa and the Caribbean. It is not a traditional stable of British cuisine but that should change soon because it has been used by many well known celebrity chefs including Jamie Oliver. It should be in the Supermarkets in the Uk very soon.

I do believe you are wrong there...While living with some Mexicans, they butchered a goat, and cooked it all day in a hole...It was one of the best meals I ever ate...At the time we were living in Riverside, California...I don't want to find out about skunk meat...
