I really hate it that some people come on a board for people who have cats and post absolutely cruel questions and answers like 'how do you kill kittens' or crap about doing cruel things to cats! What if someone actually reported those people not only to Yahoo, but to an anti-cruelty organization? Why don't they just stay off this board and post somewhere else?

Because people can be very stupid and rude. For example, when my dad told me the story about a guy who would buy kittens and feed him to his rattlesnakes, I cried. But if you read/hear/see something you don't like, you should report it, because I personally don't think we'd be very happy if cats posted things on the net like: How do we kill people?
People who post those things clearly have no life whatsoever and were definately not raised right at all. I, myself, am a veterinarian and vegitarian. I can tell you from experience of too many cases of physical abuse. When you see a posting like that, please do report it, because it saddens me every time I have to take care of an abused animal, knowing it possibly might not make it.

I dislike cats for obvious reasons...I am allergic, they serve no practical or business purpose in life and they are disobedient...we could have more teenagers if we wanted that aggrivation. At least they will cut the grass.
I visit this room to help follks from making mistakes by getting too involved with cats. Since my wife got rid of her cat, her eyes stopped itching, I stopped sneezing and we were happily married.
Since it is an emotional decision to get a cat, rather than practical, some of us are trying to help those who are impulsive by discouraging them from wasting money and ruining carpet, furniture, drapes, bedding and clothing on a disobedient, useless animal.
I don't hate you, I am trying to help people like you from making the same mistakes my wife and others have already made...really! I don't post question, I just answer the easy ones.

They do it for the same reasons that racist idiots get on here and post hate-inciting questions, simply because they are stupid, they think they are funny, or they want to shock people. I try just to ignore them, but sometimes I do report people. By the way, I love cats!

I agree with you 100%!!!! I have absolutly no idea why they come on this category and post heartless things like that. maybe it's to piss cat lovers like us off. I hate it when I see questions or answers that say cruel things and such. many of these questions I just easily report! I love cats and I have 2 of my own. these people have absolutly no lives and live to piss individuals off for some reason or another. they come on here just to make up an argument. people like them have absolutly no forethought on what they do or say. don't let these posts get to you, I try not to let them get to me. I know it's really hard to keep cool. I tend to not give a positive or nice answer. people like them have no sense of humor either. they must not have no friends to socialize with too. HIH!! I agree with you, however let them say and think nasty thoughts. I am smug in the knowledge that these are the people who will probably die horrific, slow, painful deaths for all their wrong thought processes.
Karma is a great thing. You cannot report them as animal abusers as it is only words on a page, not unless you actually see the act itself, you cannot report them.
I can't see why they would waste their precious time with us animals carers.

People will post nasty comments to all sorts of questions without thinking. Just report them and never award them best answer.

First of all you people all take this site way to seriously. I am sure there are those who are serious, but some are just going for a reaction- and it looks like it worked. I know people who say things that they would never do. People need to lighten up and worry about things that really matter.

Because they are trolls, people who post obviously fake messages because they are so bored with their gay lives.
To fix this behavior, it is very similar to what you would do to a kindergartener. Just ignore them. They get enjoyment out of people posting about how sick they are.

People like to wind other people up,I agree that they are stupid etc, but it is better to ignore those people, as they are not serious (9 times out of ten anyway).
