None. I quit drinking milk years ago. And I doubt you drink "fresh" milk at all unless you live on a dairy farm. You're drinking milk that is at least four to five days old, maybe older. It has to be taken from the cows, then picked up and delivered to the processing plant, then delivered to the store where you buy it, then sits in the dairy case for up to a week before going home to your fridge. Fresh milk is today's or yesterday's milk. Anything bought in the stores is not.
