It doesn't scare me at all, living without a god. People think what if you go through your entire life not believing in a god, and then you find out when you die that you were wrong? Oh well. So what, we've all been wrong about a lot of things. I find it much more comfortable to live without such a superstitious belief in a supernatural being. I do believe in myself, and I know I make mistakes, but I have no one else to blame or thank for them.

No. Because I am not living with an idea but with the presence of Christ. Praying to your own beliefs doesn't work for long. I know that. But praise God I have a living being, a Lord that hears and answers prayer.

Am I weak? Yes. For when I am weak He is made strong. His strength is made perfect in weakness.

In a sense I am past the point of needing belief, because I know that I know that I know. -- I have a God that I walk with. How about you?

I want none of my ego/self construct - neither an ego-projected image of a deity nor the concept of my self projected outward. This whole ego/self thing is a psychological construct - a byproduct of evolution where the fiction is maintained. Let that go, too -- let it all go. Let even the concept of 'believing in yourself' go. Forget the self, forget god, forget every concept and just live in the present moment without aspiring to any ideal of selfhood.

I find the idea of living without a god enlightening. I'm free to make my own choices and and choose my own direction. I have to take responsibility for my life and not use cop out excuses for my behaviour.

are you that weak to not believe? I dont need to pray to my god but i choose to. What do you think happens when you die and theres no god nothing? You just die. That scares me. I see the work of gods in almost everything.

You're asking a question with a negative hypothesis. First of all, without Christ, I am nothing. He is my Lord and Savior. He allows me to take my next breath. In myself, yes I am that weak. Without God, I can do nothing. But with God, all things are possible.

The evidence for GOD is overwhelming. The existence of a higher power is there for anyone who cares to look . GOD gives you the choice to believe or not. Remember GOD doesnt need humans, humans need GOD.

You assume that it is superstitious beliefs. If Jesus had never died and come back from the dead, then I would have no belief in a God. But he did and I do.

Believing in God does not make a person weak. Berating those who chose to believe in God is weak.
