Yes.
If you feel that the person you posted bail for will not appear, contact the bail bondsman who posted the bond. They will have her bond revoked, have her arrested and put in jail to be held for trial, and the bail bonsdman will give you some of your money back.
If you posted the whole bond amount with the courts, you'll have to appear at the court in person, and petition the judge to revoke the bonds and ask for a refund. Again, if the bonds are revoked, she will be picked up and held for the court.
As a side note, posting bond is serious business, and I would only post it for someone I trusted completely who was, in my mind, completely innocent.

I've been bailed out a few times and I know the bondsman or a judge can pull the bail. I would go and talk to the bonds man he probably doesn't want to deal with the bullshit. If the person is supposed to be clean and isn't call the bondsman

Did you give them the money to make bail or did you sign for his bail.
You can request to the court to revolk his bail and have him picked up.
( this is assuming you paid the money directly to the court, not to a bailsbondmen)

The writing is on the wall----you're gonna get screwed. Do you know with hindsite how stupid you were? If I found myself in this situation I would talk with a lawyer quick. You could end up loosing a whole lot more than what good representation will cost. Good luck.

Texas Transportation Code sect. 524.001 says they could take your license, supply you spot of suspension, then difficulty a momentary license- solid for 40-one days. even with the shown fact that, sect. 524.012 says that if the officer did no longer supply you a observe of suspension, then the dep. of Trans will droop the license without issuing a momentary license. you may appeal that determination which keeps to be the suspension. I advise your chum no longer tension if she develop into no longer issued a temp. license. I extra advise she touch a legal professional- in the present day.
