I have a dell computer I purchased from the university of tennessee. I've had it for two years, the hard drive crashed this year and dell sent me one because my computer was under warranty. I had microsoft office but i lost it when the hard drive crashed i downloaded a free trial from microsoft but now it is locked, how could i get in touch with microsoft to see if they could help, I did have an 800 # at one time but lost it.
