Not all arrests require a Miranda reading. For each arrest that does require it, each individual arrested needs to be read it.
After reading the answer below, I should clarify. There is no group Miranda reading, at least not by the department in my city. Many defendants find lawyers to make the assertion that their client didn't hear or didn't understand their rights. Now they are done individually to avoid charges being tossed. Sorry, I'm not in California, if this is a California question.

I hate to assert that it somewhat isn't rocket technology. apparently, somebody in the home is making too lots noise. a thank you to have dealt with it previously it have been given out of control may well be taking steps to make constructive the backyard is sparkling and save the youngsters from screaming and yelling. additionally, this somewhat is the accountability of all electorate. no person desires to hearken to a team of racket each and all of the time and no person desires tocontinual to their highway and notice a multitude in the backyard. It devalues issues. the two get a lawyer, circulate, or tell the officers which you will save the noise point down and save issues orderly. they're your infants, inspite of each little thing, and your in basic terms top accountability. additionally, did they beat down your door and bypass interior or did you enable them to in? no count what, evidently such as you will possibly be shifting. in case you may no longer discover the money for an lawyer, write or call the ACLU. How do you already know if those officers are e-mailing, taping, speaking approximately you on the telephone, and speaking in individual approximately you? Did they inform you? in any different case, it would not make any experience. i think of individuals might desire to stay with the regulations of the community quite than placed themselves with the aid of this. i comprehend I won't get ten factors yet i think of you're searching for for trouble and that they have desperate to convey it your way. this is too undesirable for the youngsters.

OK, police officers do not have to, and they don't read everyone they arrest thier rights, They almost never read them on the scene,
A perosn who is a suspect or a person in custody who is questioned, has to be read thier rights.
A group can be told thier rights at one time, but normally it is done one at a time as they are going to be questioned.

Well, there certainly area variety of answers on this one. Commonly, I don't know of any law requiring ALL persons arrested to be advised of their miranda rights. However, if a person is detained, arrested or not, and the questions presented to that person directly pertain to the crime of which he or she is suspected of committing, then yes, he or she must be read the miranda rights. General line of questioning, who are you? where you from? etc...do not require being mirandized....

Sure ~ not everyone hears the same thing when told in a group. I should know, in a meeting and given the same assignment, there is always someone that does something totally different.
