Before accusing your DEA or the dope dealers, have a CLOSE LOOK at the kids' parents. What are they doing? Do they take care of their kids until the kids reach the age that they can truly understand what is right/wrong, or do they let the kids go because "it is a free country and everyone has his/her personal right and freedom"? IMHO, many American parents are just too busy to take good care of their children.
