Depends on what it is. I think if they are both a rarer blood type A, B, or AB, odds are higher you will have the same blood type. If they are an O blood type, odds are less. Need to know your dad's blood type. But here is an explanation for you, it's a little complicated.

depending on the descriptions and my straightforward decision [oftentimes biased] I fit AB and O with not one of the negatives even with the undeniable fact that my self belief will be perceived for vanity sunlight - Aquarius Moon - Aries back bias from decision :/.... human beings pick what they pick and it won't be able to be the reality also basically 4 sorts... Dunno my quite blood style :/... yet i'd not be shocked if it became AB or O... even with the undeniable fact that it quite is 50% probability blended If I had to slot each and each to an component O = fireplace or Water B = fireplace + Sag + Pisces per chance Water AB = Air or Earth honestly A = Earth... rather Virgo.... also fastened warning signs and Water warning signs, likely fastened Water too those descriptions are slightly too a lot of each signal and by no skill perplexing stressed out right into a sparkling decision yet back like the previous question i might want to assert if someone had like a setup with maximum cancers sunlight Scorpio moon and a great number of water without Air and then "were given" [chosen] Sanguine... i might want to be like duuuuuuuuuuuude.............BS!!!!!!!!!!... Liar!! compared to different human beings i'm no longer politically perfect, i'm straightforward... And astrologers don't like operating backwards, or saying an indication isn't any more desirable of "this, or 'that" ... I easily haven't any pastime in doing that noticeably if it really is the reality....

I think it depends alot on what blood type your parents are. For instance, I am AB positive and my husband is O negative both our kids are B positive. But the could have been A + or AB+ or even O. I think having the O factor gives you more of a chance to be any type of blood type

It is impossible to estimate without knowing their blood types and that of your father. The ABO blood groups are "co-dominant", and they depend on the presence or absence of specific marker proteins on your blood cells. If they are both type O, then both of them would not have any of the Landsteiner blood group antigens and would indicate that your father is either type O or a heterozygote for the blood type that he is. It works this way:
A antigen = A
B antigen = B
no antigen = O
A + A = type A
A + O = type A
A + B = type AB
B + O = type B
B + B = type B
B + A = type AB (the rarest of the blood types)
O + O = type O

It depends, first you would also need to know the following
Mom - blood genotype typical options
I - ABO group
AA, AO - expressed as A
BB, BO- expressed as B
AB - expressed as AB
OO - expressed as O
II - Rh type
(+-),( ++) - expressed as Rh positive
(--) - expressed as Rh negative
you would then need the same information for your father and sister. These are the basic types, within ABO types there are some rare subtypes. Once you have this information, you make a genetic square. Calulate the odds for ABO and Rh. Your final odds are the product of the odds for each subset (ABO & Rh)

you have to know that 0 in phenotype (mother),means 00 genotype (mother) :in fact,it is not a dominant gene, and its presence in both generations means your mother has 00genotype,and father could only have 00,B0,or A0 genotype,so your sister is 00.Your chances in that case are the same as your sister's: 50% to be the same blood type as mother (and sister). But if you got B from your father (or A if he has A0 genotype) ,and 0 from your mother, you would then be A or B,cos those genes are dominant.Although you would carry 0 too in your genes.
If your mother is AB and sister too, then you couldn't be 0 but only A,B or AB - it depends on your father, who would in that case be either AB or BB or AA in genotype.
If your mother is A(and sister),you still don't have to be the same, cos if mother's genotype is A0,according to your sister's blood type, father could either be AA,(only then you would be same), or he could be 00 or B0 - so you could then be 0,AB or B.This is similar if mother and sister are both B.

It depends on what the blood types are. On the information given, the odds are good but not certain.
