My hair is like chin length and when i go to scool i see a ***** i like or whateva but that when i have tracks in my head. As soon as I wear my own hair to school they find an excuse to break up. i know i aint supose to b with him if he like that but i want my hair to grow BUT i absolutely feel as if their is nothing that can help

A guy friend of mine told me that he loves short hair on girls and that when his girlfriend cut her hair chin lenth he couldnt keep his hands off her.

That's not true. I know plenty of men who like women with shorter hair.
I have short hair, and have never had a problem attracting men. You can't love or have sex with hair, its the person you fall in love with.
Stop being so insecure and GROW UP!
