Death.

An eternity in Hell without God. Everlasting pain and suffering. The problem that is all important is your relationship with God. The problem with everyone is Sin. I am a Born-Again-Christian, and have been in life or death experiences in the Armed Forces as well as civilian life. I suggest you seek Jesus Christ, ask Him sincerely to come into your life and God will provide you with all your answers. You have to have that personal experience with Christ to enjoy the benifits of living for Him and with Him. The Holy Spirit will guide you through your life and keep you safe, but will also give you the understanding to know what is Truth.

Everything in the Bible is coming to a head and Christ will return soon, don't be left out, get into pointless discussions, join a Bible Study group, there is a world out there that needs to be told about Christ. Because many people have distorted the truth and confused many about religion. I don't see my Christian Faith as being a religion, but rather a way of life, ending in Eternal Life with God in Heaven.

Just remember that the greatest scientific minds in the world cannot explain why, "A Black cow, that eat's Green grass, produses White milk that makes Yellow butter" Just let go....and let God....!

We were promised eternal life through Jesus. Our belief in Him saves us. He heals/cleans us of our sin. When we are living "in sin" we are dead, as much as he loves us, he does not force us to come to Him. So we have to make a choice to confess our sins, believe that Jesus died for our sins, and then be "saved" From Hell, Eternal damnation...eternity without the Love of our Father God. When we are saved we are ALIVE in Christ.

Also In the end we are not necessarily saved from the rapture as you put it...I want the rapture to happen..it means Jesus will be here soon...personally I can't wait.

From the consequence of sin! Why, do you want to accept the Lord as your personal savior? He provided a way for you just like he did for me and all you have to do is confess your sins, ask him into your heart, and admit he died on the cross for you because he did. When he was suffering on the cross You were on his mind!

Sin & Death. (Romans 8:2)

This corrupt generation. (Acts 2:40)

UPDATE: Yeah, you asked what we were being saved FROM. We are being saved from Sin & Death. We are then granted eternal life. We aren't saved from eternal life.

I'm not a christian, but I "think" they are being saved from themselves. Their bible tells them that they are as filthy rags in the eyes of God and "all men have sinned and fallen short of the glory of God." So if you feel unworthy, and you don't measure up, you are a sinner (if you by into that) then you need to be saved from yourself and other sinners like you. I am NOT a christian but I know the game.

We are promised eternal life in heaven not on this earth. God doesn't go back on His promises.

You are saved from eternal seperation from God.. and that choice is up to each of us.......the Bible says there are two places we may go to when we die either heaven or hell. In hell we will burn in the lake of fire forever. That to me is an unthinkable thought.
