sex is great but never place it above love. Love is what we all are really looking for and sex drives us because we are all just a bunch of animals

Those are two questions that may not have the answer you gave as part of your second question. Does sex matter as much as love...no it's a part of love. But if love is not there, we still won't turn down sex. So if love isn't there then sex is pretty much all that's on our mind. Now if you are the right girl for the guy, then it's more than just sex. One more thing...what is love? What you expect might not be what someone else gives.

Consider this...
Let's be generous and give an average couple 5 hours of sex/week That's 260 hours/year...
That same couple sleeps about 3000/hours/year...
and work about 2000 hours/year...
That leaves about 3700 hour/year for everything else, far more than the 260 hours of sex...

Without love, those 3700 hours are like a jail sentence, just "doing time" waiting for the "doing it time". For those who have been together for a long time, 260 hours of sex per year is only a pipe dream anyway. Bottom line...Love IS more important but that does not make sex unimportant.

For a man, they must have sex to feel loved or giving love. It makes it hard for a woman to really know if they are being used or not. Obviously a man will do other things to demonstrate his love for a woman, but that takes time. My wife asks me this all the time now, as she is going through menopause, and has no desire. Sometimes it makes me feel as though she doesn't love me anymore, but she does show it other ways that are hard for a guy to see.

I'd have to say that I care about both of them equally, withous wanting to sound cliche. We all love sex, that's true but when you actually love the person with whom you do it then it's a zillion times more better. Sex is important to guys, it's in our genes and we want it a lot, but without love it's never the same.
