my gf found out I cheated on her and after all the tears and stuff like that has been really cool towards me since then. she has started to talk to my ex gf about me which sucks and I am nervouse. my ex broke up with me 2 yrs ago and promised me she would get me back some day. I need to stop my gf from talking to my ex cause nothing good is going to come out of it, any advise?

i really doubt that it's as 'cool' between you as you think. She could be planning retaliation which is why she is spending time with your ex. Be careful!

Because you were unfaithful, it will be extremely hard to rebuild your relationship with your girlfriend. Trust is the most important part of a relationship and you destroyed it. If she trusted you, she would not want to talk to your ex. It also wouldn't matter what your ex said either. You need to ask yourself if you can be true to your gf in the future. If you truly feel that you can, talk to her and ask her how you can make it up to her. If you can't be true - leave her and just date around. Either way - let her know your ex doesn't belong in your relationship.

tell your girlfriend that the past is in the past and that you cant take back anything that happened then. what kind of girl would get mad at you for something you did before you were with her....but....you also cheated and she needs answers......so sit her down and tell her that you want to tell her anything that she needs to know. until she knows whatever it is, it wont stop. trust me on this.
