If you are old enough to masturbate, you are old enough to check your spelling! I would be more embarrassed about such simple misspelled words than I would be with someone walking in on me doing something natural.
Moving on to the topic of your grandmother catching you “at work,” I suggest that you take better precautions next time. I seriously doubt that your grandmother will make a big deal out of the incident. Keep in mind that by definition, grandmothers have experience in the sex department. Unless she brings up the subject, continue as if it never happened. If she wants to talk about the incident, listen to what she says and resist the temptation to strike out in anger. If she brings up the topic, I believe her first order of business is advising you to choose a better time and place. She may want to discuss safe sex, so prepare for that eventuality. Remain calm, non-defensive, and non-confrontational during any discussion that occurs. A show of maturity will go a lot further than getting angry.

Since there is no such thing as a "granmother" or "maturbating"--you're fine. Now if your grandmother caught you masturbating, well, other than embarrassment, it's not something she has not seen or done. It'll be forgotten in time.

If you were in the privacy of your own room then ask her to knock on the door and wait for you to answer next time.
