No, it doesn't make your hair grow faster. But, it will make your hair stronger, so you will have less split ends, which means you will have less breakage, so your hair should get longer and stay longer.

As a licensed Cosmetologist for the last 15 years, I can honestly say that Mane 'N Tail DOES NOT make your hair grow faster. Taking care of your hair, getting regular trims (yes, this keeps the split ends from splitting all the way up the hair) and having excellent nutrition helps hair grow the fastest.

Make sure you are seeing a good hairstylist that is addressing your needs and recommending the right products for your hair at this time. Most women strip their hair with products that are over-drying for their hair and then under-condition. Also, be careful buying grocery store products. They may seem just like the professional brands but most of the time you are paying for a bottle of WATER. Yes, the first ingredient in most of those products you buy at the grocery store is water. So, $3.95 may seem like a good bargin at first, but you might as well be pouring it down the drain. Read your ingredient lables and don't be fooled.

Also, a good protein conditioner twice a week will help keep hair from breaking and help build the hair from the inside out so it can grow stronger and longer. And taking B-Complex Vitamins daily will help with hair and skin.

Good Luck

Mane N Tail does not make hair grow faster. Hair grows approximately 1/2 inch a month. Good nutrition helps to keep hair healthy.

No. Try Garnier Fructis Length & Strength. I wanted longer hair and I used this for about 6 months and I swear my hair grew like a foot long in that time. Once I changed shampoos it stopped growing so fast. I went back to Garnier and again it started growing longer. I love it.
