Well, I live in Hawaii, so perhaps I can help:

Coleslaw:
Shreded cabbage and carrots.
Drained chunked pineapple.

Mix mayo, apple cider vinegar, some reserved pineapple juice, sugar if needed for your dressing.

Chili Rice is huge - just white rice and your best chili receipe.

BBQ Chicken, soaked in teriakyi then grilled.

Oysters on the grill - when the shell opens, pop the top - sauce is a trial and error of oyster sauce, ketchup, soy souce, brown sugar, vinegar, bbq sauce, garlic, onion, and worchester ... ono.

The other thing that we do is put a large fish on the grill (leave the skin on it), when it is done, pour boiling oil over it to remove the skin and make it crispy. Not sure if you have a fish that large.

Ginger, soy sauce, lihi moy powder, five spice - mix two or more ingredients to liking on any dish.

The other thing that goes over well with large gatherings is tako poki, but I doubt it would go over there (raw squid, sesame seeds, green onions, chunks of white onion, sauce is shoyu, brown sugar and a little vinegar - also use raw tuna for ahi poki.) I like them, but not everyone will.

I don't know if how Hawaiian this is, but I've taken it to potlucks and never have any leftovers to bring home.
Hawaiian Cake:
1 package (18-1/4 ounces) yellow cake mix
1-1/4 cups cold milk
1 package (3.4 ounces) instant vanilla pudding mix
1 can (20 ounces) crushed pineapple, drained
1 envelope whipped topping mix
1 package (3 ounces) cream cheese, softened
1/4 cup sugar
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/2 cup flaked coconut, toasted

Prepare and bake cake according to package directions, using a 13-in.x9-in.x2-in. baking pan. Cool. In a bowl, whisk together milk and pudding mix; let stand to thicken. Stir in pineapple. Spread over cake. Prepare whipped topping mix according to package directions; set aside. In mixing bowl, beat cream cheese, sugar and vanilla until smooth. Beat in 1 cup of the whipped topping. Fold in remaining topping. Spread over pudding. Sprinkle with coconut. Cover and refrigerate for at least 3 hours or overnight.

You get some pork chops or pork cubes & brown them in a skillet & put them in a roaster pan that has a cover. Take a can of crushed pineapple & put it in a bowl with the juice & all, fill the empty can with barbeque sauce & then pour that in the bowl with the pineapple & mix good. Pour this over the pork. I add some chopped onions & bake for at least an hour on 350 degrees. If you use the pork cubes you can put this over rice & it is really good.

you sell, what you make. I wish, i was in buisness.
it's not Hawaiiian, but this recipe would be great for snacking kids, including the ones who must eat a bar of some kind!

John's Dry Dock Bars:
3/4 cup prepared mashed potatoes (instant works best, but home made is just as good)
1 pound coconut flakes
1 pound powdered sugar
6 ounces semi sweet chocolate chips
4 ounces semi sweet chocolate
1/3 bar of parfin

Mix mashed potatos and powder sugar. While the potatos are still warm, shape into bars. Chill over night. In a shallow bowl over hot water, melt the chocolate chips, the chocolate and teh parafin. Dip the bars into the mixture. Drain on papers towels on a wire rack.
