my touble spots are my legs my calves especially -if anyone has quick toning slimming workouts i can do to target my legs REALLY well please share . THANK YOU MUCH APPRECIATED .

If you're doing it at home, you can just lean up against the wall and lift up on your toes. I'd do that for about 10 minutes, you can feel the burn! You could probably also stand on the edge of your bed with half the back of your foot hanging off and lift up on your toes also, acheives the same thing.

I would suggest cardio along with a workout that consist of high reps with low weight. The cardio will help in burning some of the fat while working with any kind of resistance exercise such as weights will help tone and define your muscle. 2-3 times a week is more than enough. Keep an eye on each part of your legs and adjust your routine to slowly develop your legs in the way you desire.

I heard that the size particularly the shape of calves are hereditary, sometimes you can't slim them down just like how a lot of men can't seem to bulk them up. Lunges are supposedly good for your thighs and butt but I don't have personal experience with it...haven't exercised for years :-(

Lunges are good, setups on a box or step with a squat bar on your shoulders, jump ups same way.
Calves, toe raises again with squat bar, off a step,
toe pushes on weight machine when doing incline squat machine
