I hired Corey a few months ago and things just aren't working out.
He shows up late if at all. He eats fries like there is no tomorrow...just sticks his hand right in the bin. He says he has been off drugs for a few years and I believe him....that's why I wanted to give him a 2nd chance...
But his behavior is starting to negatively effect my other employees and the moral of the team.
How do I let him down easily?
