My personal favorite for salsa in a jar is the WalMart/Sam's Choice black bean and corn. It's not too hot, and it's really good. We use it to mix with velveeta cheese.
I have also become a fan of my supermarkets fresh salsa. It's fresh tomatoes and onions. It doesn't last as long, but it's really fantastic with chips. I don't remember seeing it in WalMart, but it's well worth it if you ever come across it.
