Non Alcoholic Sunrise
4 cups of fresh orange juice (about 8 oranges)
1 cup frozen unsweetened raspberries
1 1/2 cups of sparkling grape juice
3 orange halves (optional for garnish)

In a blender put orange juice and raspberries and process until raspberries are smooth. Pour the juice into a pitcher and add sparkling grape juice and stir. Pour over a glass of ice and garnish with orange slices.

PineAp Cooler
1/3 cup of Apricot Preserves (sugar free)
1 cup of vanilla ice cream or frozen yogurt (sugar free)
1 cup chopped fresh pineapple
1/8 teaspoon almond extract

Combine in a blender until all ingredients are smooth. Pour into a glass and enjoy.

Okay, this is by far the best non-alcoholic drink ever. EVERYONE will ask you for this recipe.

Pink Almond Punch

1 cup water
1/2 cup sugar
2 tablespoons pure almond extract
juice of two limes
4 drops of red food coloring

Add syrup to 3 two-liter bottles of regular 7-up (not diet) and crushed ice in a big punch bowl.

OMG! This is so good. You can cut down the recipe and do it by the 2-liter or just guesstimate to make a pitcher or glassful.

then you pour strawberry soda until the Glass is almost full
stir
I use a straw and spoon combination to enjoy
I recomended this to a few local ice cream shops and some have begun to make it
its sooo good!

Red Zinger Tea (iced) with honey and a little lime juice. Make it once a week, two gallons at a time. Get your thirst quenched and some Vitamin C without adding sugar, high fructose corn syrup, caffeine, or wierd things you can't pronounce.
