"How would you recognize the most evil person on Earth? According to many historical texts, you should look for a brilliant, enigmatic public figure who transforms the world for good--for a while. Basically, the last person you'd tap as Satan's human emissary. While many believe the Antichrist has come and gone, just as many believe he will soon arrive, if he's not already in our midst. Join us for harrowing look at an evil so obscure that he answers only to Satan. Real? Our group of prophecy believers and historical experts help sort it out. We follow the emergence of the Antichrist from pre-Judaic texts, through the Book of Daniel and Revelation, into Christian writings of the Middle Ages, and other religious traditions as well. "

Don't believe the hype.
First of all, know one knows when the end times will begin, or if they've already started.
A lot of people have tried to tie the reformation of Israel, as a key cog in the bible, but as well, with the wars we've fought, and the ability now, to start and end wars, I wouldn't put much faith in someone trying to predict the antichrist...simply because, you'd have better odds on the great one in California hitting.
Personally, I'd think Osama's a good candidate for antichrist, a man devoted to evil, killing civilians, and more importantly, feels he's doing right, in killing people...and leading his followers into hell....maybe his next great belief, will be raising them, demon-posessed, into attacking Israel.
In Revelations, the key thing to remember, is as the great deciever, he'll have to be a key in negotiations...possibly someone in the UN, who can get the respect of both the Arabs, and the Israelis, at the same time...and since both sides hate each other, that'll take a while.
Lastly, watch out for these shows that claim to use experts at the Discovery channel....the last crackpot they used, claimed that Matthew, Mark, and Luke were written, copied from a fourth book, that no one can find....sounds like someone's spent too much time in the closet with crazy glue.

Gog and Megog at Armageddon which The Lord will fight at.
Remember everything is from the point of Jerusalem geographically in the bible.
As to the Anitchrist. He is here and well and working on it. About 18-20 yrs old.
Look To Europe and when the time is right he will be seen from Rome. A Very Rich Man of Old Inheritance. Deep in the family crest are 666.
But here is what I do not understand. All of you believe this and or know something is going on and so why do you still not believe in the Son of God? Why do you not believe that he is going to return? Some do but most do not. Why? He is coming and biggest majority of you know he is but you still will not obey. I do not understand.

If I understand correct, the antichrist eventually becomes president or some high ranking authority and no doubt through some new tracking technology or something, he gains control over all nations and people via the tracking device.

The Antichrist is not talked about in the book of Revelation.

He is talked about in 1st and 2nd John. That's it.

Another example of traits and attributes of one God's enemies being given to another of God's enemies.

First thing first, anti christ does not mean against, it can mean in the place of, someone on earth forgiving sins in place of Christ would be antichrist, as only God through Jesus forgives sins, so someone claiming the power to forgive sins "who sits in the place of God showing himself as God" that is the agency that you might think about as anti, this is a complex subject, try the free bible lessons at www.itiiswritten.com God bless, and yes "all whos name is not written in The Lambs [Jesus] book of life will be decieved, talk to me also wgr88@yahoo.com
