That man is considered a sexual predator and can be arrested despite the girl lying about her age.

There are certain laws that we all must abide by. They are designed to protect us.

It's not appropriate. If U had to ask then U already know it's wrong. A 14 year old has no business discussing anything of the nature with U. There R plenty of people on line that R of legal age try them and leave the kiddies alone.

yeah the police could get involved. why is it so wrong... look at the age differance, level of maturity, and once again the age differance.... if it was an undercover cop talkin to this dude he would be in alot of trouble he could be classified as a sex offender. hey thats law! there are alot of crazies out there... are you sure hes even 18 instead of 40?

Yes, because the girl is underage the guy can still get in trouble(depending on the state the girl lives in). If I was her, I'd tell him to grow up and find someone his own age!!!! What the hell is wrong w/him? He deserves to get into legal trouble.

She is a minor, and you are being an influence on her, but their is nothing anyone can legally do to you. I would make sure you don't get too kinky with her, because she is a minor and she looks up to you. Be a good example and enjoy! You are pretty sure you've got a female on the end , aren't you.

In my opinion if there was no physical contact it wasn't a crime. the age difference is only four years(isn't the minimum five years different) and the girl should have told the truth about her age.
