Just one. Nothing shameful though, just something that no one at this time really needs to worry about or believe anyways.

I don't have such secrets anymore. When I became a Christian, part of the saving process is to confess my sins, and some were grave indeed. I had been living a double life for years when I became a Christian and it took a couple more years for me to get the courage up to go through my sins, not only with God because shame is a powerful tool of the enemy of God. Once I found a safe environment to confess my sins to others, I found acceptance for who I really was and finally began to heal from serious emotional issues.
Confession is not about telling God something He didn't already know. Its about submitting your will to God's. In heaven there can be no rebellion or it won't be heaven anymore. So all the gory details of sin have to be dealt with before anyone can enter. Without confession, shame will go with you into heaven, and with shame is an opportunity for sin to gain a hold on the shamed. All sin is a form of rebellion against God. Doing His will.

Don't everybody have them kind of secrets? Yes I've been told everything is revealed on judgement day but I've never died so I can't say for sure.

One... I had my reasons for what I did... but I'm not happy about it. I just couldn't see any other way at the time.
It's not something I'd go to prison for, but it wasn't good. I don't suppose God was very impressed, I guess I'll find out his opinion on judgement day.

Any so called secrets that I might have had were confessed whenever they occured. I was absolved of my so called secrets. I have nothing to hide and if I did, my pastor would be the first to know about it....He'd understand and forgive me........~p~

The people who have to worry about judgment day are those that do not have a living/loving relationship with God, Jesus Christ, and the Holy Spirit. When you talk to God in prayer and share all, he/she forgives all.
