many electrical engineers, including my old boss, have become millionaires

my old boss made it my working his way up to a managerial spot in a chemical company, and then being involved in a leveraged buyout of part of the company (it was somewhat risky but it payed big in the end)

in the U.S., nearly anyone has the "potential" to become a millionaire, think of lotter winners and the guy that invented the "pet rock"

it takes skill, hard work, or luck, and usually it takes all three

Yes. According to the book "The Millionaire Next Door" the 'average millionaire' only earns about $70,000 a year. These people become millionaires by living conservatively and wisely saving and investing their moderate earnings. An electrical engineer will have plenty of opportunities to earn this level of income and even much higher!

Rules to becoming a millionaire by Donald Trump:
1) Have your parents give you 15 millions dollars to play with
2) Convince people to give you lots of money
3) Declare bankruptcy to keep the money you borrowed
4) Repeat 2 then 3 as needed until you get a TV show
