That depends on your intentions and finding out what his are. Just be open and honest with yourselves. Do you want a relationship or a hump buddy or a fling? Everyone knows when it feels right for them and it's different for all. Though alcohol or intense hormones can change that and that's when one has regrets. As for # of partners I'd say maybe 5 depending what your life's been like and when you started having sex.

If it were me considering to move in with my partner I would wait at least a year before a decision like that could be made that way you get a chance to know you partner better, know what they do and don't like. If you are a religious type of person then it might be best to wait until after you marry.
