Do not presume to understand women. You never will. Women have a secret inborn telepathic ability to tell you what you have done before you have even thought of it. You may think she wants you to kiss you but if you should try you may get a slap in the face or worse, sexual harressment charge.
To know is to ask. Most women bring a lot of emotions into a relationship. If she does not want you as a 'boyfriend' you will soon find out. Just ask her if she will be your girlfriend. Simple.

Just ask her what her answer is, say that you can't wait around for her if she never plans on answering. But give her another day or 2. Then ask.

by hooked up, do you mean you've already slept together? if so, she may not want a relationship with you. if she hasn't given an answer yet, she's probably going to say no.
