I guess you are over weight and you are impatient to loose some weight.. Do you do some exercise ? OR just work out ?
First of all drink plenty of water in the morning after waking up. Dont eat anything for the next 1 hour. Go for a brisk walk. If you are really serious then I can suggest you do Yoga. If you need any help on Yoga then please write back to me with your pics.

First, drink lots and lots of water. The low carb or Adkins diet is great for fast weight loss. Consume no more than 20grams of carbs per day. I lost 15lbs in 3 week and a lot of inches which made look like I had lost about 30lbs. The lemonade cleanse diet is good also. The recipe is 2 Tbs. of fresh lemon juice, 2Tbs of pure maple syrup grade B , 1/8tsp of Cayenne pepper. Add to 10oz of spring water. Drink a 8oz cup of a herbal laxative tea per day. Stay on this for 10 days. You can go on it up to 40days. You can double or triple the recipe. Nothing else is to be consumed. You will feel bad for the first 3 days but on the 4th day you will have energy and begin to feel great. This diet is excellent and you gain great result inside and out. Go out and buy the book from a health food store. It is called, The Master Cleanse.

The best way to lose weight fast is unfortunately not to lose wt fast. However, limit your calories and increase your amount of excercise everyday. Everybody's metabolism is different. There is a diet drug called phentermine but you must be quite a bit over weight and may not take if you are hypertensive. Are you sure you already eat healthy because most people don't know about hidden calories. If you are not sure , read labels!

Try this, take your weight and divide it by 2 and drink that many ounces of water a day and don't eat anything after 6:00 p.m. Try to cut out fatty foods a little like candy and chips. Exercise a little more to help you loose weight faster.

However, I'll go one step further to show you the best and quickest way to lose weight so that your entire system will achieve a balanced pH and not be depleted of the essential minerals that it needs. As the typical American diet is mainly acidic, except for most fruits and vegetables, it is close to impossible for our body to attain the alkaline levels that spells good health without the proper nutrients. Do a google search for the Master Cleanse. I lost 22 pounds in 10 days and felt great. It is not unhealthy like you might think. You might have diarrhea for a day after you go off it though.

water!.. water is the best way to get rid of xcess toxins in the body. if your trying to lose weight for sports (weightclass) i would run in sweats and take a 3 or 4 showers throughout the day with the water as hot as you can stand it. completely cut out fats. water, tuna, and whole wheat bread.
