the other night, my mom was listening to the radio and she said that this numerologist came on the air and was talking about some sort of attack on august 22nd. on the same program my mom was listening to, this guy called into the station and said that on august 22nd everything west of kansas was going to be wiped out. this scares me cuz i live in california... i've done a lot of research and i found a lot that says that august 22nd is some sort of important day on the islamic calendar. they also said that iran's president called for a nuclear attack on russia or something that corresponds with the important islamic day. HELP!!

I think the 22nd is going to be a day much like that day when all our computers went from 1999 to 2000, i.e., nuttin' much is going to happen!

but I dont think anything will happen.....August 22. That happens to be a very significant date for Muslims: It is the anniversary of the supposed "night flight" by Mohammed from Saudi Arabia to the Temple Mount in Jerusalem to heaven and back again. There is a worry that Ahmadinejad is planning some sort of apocalyptic attack as his '"response" on August 22. If so, time is short and the clock is ticking.

Beware of false prophets!!! Things like this have happened before. Remember Haley's comet? Remember the mass suicide of the cult in San Diego? There are radicals everywhere and they all like to preach doomsday...it's sad, and they don't realize just how many people can be impacted by such negative statements. Some people speak figuritively and it can be perceived as a truth...Always know that you are beautiful and if you live your life in an honest way, if you listen to your own intuition and your own heart, you will find the answers you are searching. I wonder if those numerologists know everything, why they r so very poor and not making damn good money to have jetset kinda life.Like knowing the mega million lottery numbers and play and get loads of money. So, let me ask you did u really give a sh*t to that? Plus, the only person who knows the future is God/Allah/Creator/Lord. All have the same meaning. So, just chill out. People have been predicting things like this for years and nothing ever happens. People who take these things seriously end up moving a bunch of other paranoid people up to the mountains somewhere and stockpiling food and weapons. Remember David Koresh and the nut from Ruby Ridge? Don't worry, you'll be fine.

august 22nd has nothing to do with all thats above..
its just an important day in Islam because it is the day that the prophet Mohammed (pbuh) went to the heavens and came back, miracles happened this day... u can actually research about it :)

Don't be afraid you will be fine.
On the lines of Aug.22 my husbands said some thing similar, that Israel will be nuked.
He also believes that God will intervene and protect them.
If this is the case you will be fine.
If you really want to be prepared you can pray for salvation if you haven't already done that.

The president of iran says that allah is coming back , and that muslims will be asked to attack all the infidels in the world in his name & allah will lead ?? If this scares you , and you live in california , it will be just like any other day . You I presume are an American , and you have to understand he only gets to drop 1 bomb , then he pays the piper and there will be no iran to scare you anymore...

If anything big does happen on that day, maybe you should listen to the person, if not, don't bother. In these perilous times we live in, if they keep picking days for something big to happen, they are bound to eventually be right. I wouldn't waste my time listening to a numerologist myself.
